1. Can you explain my campaign table headers?

  • "No." is your campaign number.
  • "Name" is your campaign name.
  • "Link" is a link that your ad points to.
  • "Position" is a position of your ad on the site.
  • "Viewed/Max" is a ratio of number your ad was already displayed on the site and the number of times you paid for your ad to be displayed.
  • "Language" tells you on which site your ad will be displayed.
  • "Status" shows you the status of your campaign.
  • "Price" shows you how much you have to pay for your campaign
  • "Paid" shows you the status of your payment.

2. Why is my "Link" field empty?

Your "Link" field is empty because your campaign uses SWF files that have links embedded inside those you not need to have your link specified in our system.

3. Why is my campaign status "Not active"?

Your status is not active because you didn't pay for your ad campaign yet.

4. Why "Pay now" redirect me to ssl.dotpay.pl?

Payments on ijustmadelove.com are done through the DotPay company. After you pay on dotpay.pl you will be transferred to our site an be able to activate your campaign.

5. Can I pay in different currency?

At this time we only accept payments in USD.

6. Can I pay through money transfer?

CREATING NEW CAMPAIGN

1. What is "Campaign name" field for?

It is a name of your specific campaign. Example: if you want to create campaign for your online store "Glass corp." you can call your campaign "Glass 1"

2. What is "Target URL" field for?

Target URL is a link to the site where you want your ad to point to. User will be redirected to this site after he/she clicks on your ad. Leave this field empty if you are creating your ad campaign using SWF file.

3. What is "Position" drop down list for?

The position determines the location and the size of your ad on the site.
Available positions and sizes:

  • Top (939x90)
  • Left (200x200)
  • Bottom (939x90)

4.a. What is "File" for?

It allows you to choose a file from your computer and upload it to our server. Remember that files must be of type JPG, PNG or SWF. with the sizes specified by "Position" field

4.b. What does it mean "Selected file doesn't match position dimensions"?

This message tells you that the file you selected has a different dimensions than the position in which you want to insert your ad to.

5. What is "Maximum views" drop down list for?

This drop down list allows you to choose the number of times you want your ad to be displayed on the site.

6. What is "Language" drop down list for?

This drop down list allows you to choose language page you wan to display your ad on.

7. How to add more languages?

If you want your ad to display on more language sites, you need to create an ad campaign for each of them.
