• 2.5. Comment - a short text added by the user to a given marker on the map.

• 2.7. Ad manager - is a system that allows users to create ad campaigns for money and display them in a specific place on ijustmadelove.com

Article 3 Access

Article 4 Rules of Use

• 4.1. It is forbidden to place on this site and communicate via the content and materials contrary to the applicable law and the principles of social coexistence, vulgar, obscene and pornographic content, widely regarded as offensive, violating others personal goods, instigating to commit crime, promoting violence, morally unacceptable, and unauthorized use of someone else's image, affecting the morality and principles of good behavior.
• 4.2. It is prohibited to place text ads within the comments without the permission of the SharQ Ltd.
• 4.3. In case in which the material entered by the user violates the law or provisions of these Terms, SharQ Ltd. has the power to modify it, and/or delete it.
• 4.4. Any one, who claims he had sex in a given place on the map, can add a marker to the map.
• 4.5. You agree that you will not use tell a friend component to send messages to unknown people.
• 4.6. You agree not to attach photos or computer images with pornographic or vulgar content.
• 4.7. It is prohibited to attach photos or computer images of third person unless you have a written permit from the third person to display the photo on Ijustmadelove.com.
• 4.8. By attaching the photo or computer images to your marker you confirm that you have the copy rights of those photos and computer images.
• 4.9. If any of the photos or computer images brake the above rules Ijustmadelove.com has a right to delete the photos or computer images at any time without notification or explanation.

Article 5 Copyright

• 5.1. Ijustmadelove.com Service, materials and information contained therein and in particular the text, navigation solutions, selection and arrangement of the content presented on the site, logos, graphics, interactive applications, audio and video material, compilations of materials and the development are owned by SharQ Ltd., excluding those which are separate property of the other producers, distributors and service providers. The same applies to any materials, which SharQ Ltd. provides users electronically, particularly via email.
• 5.2. Modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, transmitting, reprinting, creating the bulk of the materials referred to in paragraph. 1 and the return and disposal of these materials is not permitted - except those to which SharQ Ltd. granted authorization.
• 5.3. User publishing unauthorized audio or video content on the site ijustmadelove.com waives any copyright from SharQ Ltd. on the behalf of its free usage (including the removal from service ijustmadelove.com) of these contents.

Article 6 Liability

• 6.1. SharQ Ltd. shall not be liable, in particularly on grounds of criminal law, civil law, and administrative law, for the usege of the Service ijustmadelove.com by user who does so in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of these Terms.

• 6.9. SharQ Ltd. does not take any responsibilities for the landing pages of ads displayed on Ijustmadelove.com.

Article 7 Advertisement

• 7.1. You will not create pornographic or vulgar ad campaigns unless you have a written permission from SharQ Ltd.
• 7.2. Files that you update to the server through "ad manager" must be of type JPG, PNG or SWF.
• 7.3. You can not upload SWF files that disturb regular layout and work of ijustmadelove.com.
• 7.4. You can not upload SWF files that will contain elements displayed out of position bounds given when choosing position of your ad.
• 7.5. SharQ Ltd. reserves a right to turn off the website for maintenance without informing its users.
• 7.6. To start your campaign you have to pay for it through our automated payment system hosted by dotpay.pl
• 7.7. If your ad campaign will not finish during one month of displaying it will be automatically deleted.
• 7.8. SharQ Ltd. is not responsible for low click rate of your ad campaign.
• 7.9. SharQ Ltd. does not guarantee that you will get the number of clicks for your campaig during 1 month period.
• 7.10. SharQ Ltd. accepts only credit card payments.
• 7.11. SharQ Ltd. has a right to change prices for ad campaigns at any time without notice.
• 7.12. SharQ Ltd. does not take any responsibilities for the landing pages of ads displayed on Ijustmadelove.com.
• 7.13. If you violate any of the terms of use SharQ Ltd. has a right to stop and delete your ad campaign from the system without refunding any money paid for this campaign.

Article 8 Final provisions

• 8.1. SharQ Ltd reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the provisions of the Terms without the need to justify the reasons for such changes.
• 8.2. In the case of an amendment to the Terms, SharQ Ltd. will immediately inform the members through the publication of the consolidated text of the Terms on the pages of ijustmadelove.com service.
• 8.3. Prerequisite of further usage of ijustmadelove.com service is to approve the Terms of Use in its entirety, together with the changes. After hearing the contents of the new Terms of Use, the user makes a statement as follows: I declare that I am familiar with the contents of the new Terms of Use and accept all its provisions.
